Dusit International, one of Thailand’s most prominent hospitality groups, has announced the appointment of Ms. La-ead Kovavisaruch as Managing Director of Dusit Estate Co., Ltd., effective 1 September 2025. The move signals the group’s intent to strengthen its footprint in high-end real estate, beginning with the launch of a new ultra-luxury residential project in Hua Hin.
Strategic Leadership Backed by Proven Credentials
Ms. La-ead Kovavisaruch is no newcomer to the Dusit brand. She currently serves as Chief Investment and New Business Officer of Dusit International and is also CEO of Vimarn Suriya Co., Ltd.—the firm behind Dusit Central Park in Bangkok, one of Thailand’s most ambitious mixed-use developments.
Her new role places her at the helm of Dusit Ajara Hua Hin, a flagship residential venture located in front of the renowned Dusit Thani Hua Hin. The project aims to set a new benchmark for branded residences in Thailand.
Introducing Dusit Ajara Hua Hin: A Vision for Next-Generation Living
The project introduces a low-rise, low-density residential concept, tailored to a multi-generational lifestyle. It is designed to serve the needs of diverse age groups—children, adults, and the elderly—under one roof, with a strong emphasis on Universal Design and long-term liveability.
According to Ms. La-ead Kovavisaruch, the goal is to deliver a Thai-branded residence that merges local charm with international standards.
“It is an honour to lead this development from its inception,” said Ms. La-ead Kovavisaruch. “This is more than just a luxury residence. It’s about elevating the quality of life through thoughtful design, strategic planning, and exceptional service.”
Sales Gallery Opens with Show Units Now Available
The Sales Gallery is now open to the public, located on the actual project site. Two fully designed show units are available for viewing: a 1-bedroom unit (88 sq.m.) and a 2-bedroom unit (156 sq.m.).
The interiors follow a Timeless Luxury theme, using warm earth tones, oversized furniture, and natural wood elements to create a home-like atmosphere. Each unit faces an expansive landscaped garden—the Bridging Oasis—which forms over 60% of the total project space.
Market Relevance and Long-Term Growth Strategy
The project responds to growing demand in the Hua Hin luxury property market, particularly among affluent Thai families and international buyers seeking a high-quality second home with wellness appeal.
For Dusit, this marks more than a property launch—it represents a step forward in its broader diversification strategy. By expanding into branded residences, the group aims to enhance its asset portfolio and build business resilience beyond the hotel sector.
“We are committed to using our knowledge and experience to ensure this project delivers long-term value—for residents, investors, and for the Dusit brand as a whole,” Ms. La-ead Kovavisaruch added.
