FUJIFILM Business Innovation Thailand has announced a significant partnership, appointing VST ECS as its official distributor and after-sales service provider for A3 multifunction devices (MFDs). This collaboration combines the strengths of two industry leaders: FUJIFILM Business Innovation Thailand, recognized for its expertise in office solutions and printing, and VST ECS, a leading national distributor of IT products.

The primary objective of this partnership is to expand FUJIFILM’s customer base in the IT and Office Automation (OA) sectors. By leveraging FUJIFILM’s expertise, technology, and market knowledge, the company aims to develop a robust network of partners, including distributors and dealers, to serve a broad range of business sectors across the country. This collaboration presents significant opportunities for business expansion and sustainable revenue growth, further reinforcing FUJIFILM’s leadership in the office and printing solutions market in Thailand.
Mr. Masaaki Yanagiya, President of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Thailand Co., Ltd., stated that the company remains dedicated to enhancing and expanding its after-sales service standards this year to better serve customers nationwide. The appointment of VST ECS as an official distributor and service provider marks a major milestone in this effort.
VST ECS, recognized as a key IT distributor in Thailand, boasts an extensive network with branch offices in major provinces and a comprehensive nationwide distribution network. Its strong presence in the enterprise and government sectors, along with a team of skilled professionals, positions VST ECS as a valuable partner in expanding FUJIFILM’s market reach.
Mr. Nattakarn Patoomvorasait, Major Sales Director of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Thailand Co., Ltd., emphasized the strategic significance of this collaboration. “We are committed to maintaining our position as the market leader by optimizing market coverage and leveraging our advanced solutions, technology, and expertise. This partnership enables us to enhance our partner network and effectively serve customers across all business sectors nationwide,” he said.
The collaboration aims to penetrate both the IT and OA markets, with VST ECS’s distribution network covering major cities in 11 provinces. This extensive reach is expected to drive significant growth in FUJIFILM’s enterprise printing solutions. Initially, VST ECS will manage FUJIFILM’s partner dealers, specifically those responsible for existing customer bases. Appointed dealers include S.K. OA Center Co., Ltd. for the northern and central regions (covering 20 provinces) and Ubon Ifec for the lower northeastern region (covering 10 provinces).
FUJIFILM expects that VST ECS’s well-established network will enhance distribution efficiency, providing faster and more convenient services to customers. Dealer partners will also benefit from VST ECS’s robust after-sales support services.
Ms. Jinsipa Thiencharoenchai, General Manager of the Distribution Channel Business Group (MFD) FUJIFILM Business Innovation Thailand Co., Ltd., highlighted the added value this partnership brings. “Through VST ECS’s strong distribution network, we can now offer a more comprehensive range of business solutions, including enterprise-level printers, IT equipment, and software solutions,” she explained. “This will also allow VST ECS to expand its customer base into the OA market, presenting multifunction devices (MFDs) as part of its product portfolio.”
This collaboration supports FUJIFILM’s roadmap for expanding its enterprise-grade printer and software solutions, catering to diverse business needs from SMEs to large enterprises. The partnership with VST ECS is expected to significantly broaden the reach of FUJIFILM’s A3 and A4 printers, boosting its market share.
Mr. Somsak Petchrathweeporn, CEO of VST ECS (Thailand) Co., Ltd., expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. “We are delighted to join forces with FUJIFILM Business Innovation (Thailand), a leader in the A3 printer market. Our extensive IT distribution network, comprising over 6,000 partners nationwide, will play a crucial role in expanding FUJIFILM’s customer base, particularly in the OA sector,” he said. “We also plan to introduce financial support programs, such as leasing and rent-to-own options, to further strengthen our service offerings.”
Mr. Masaaki Yanagiya concluded that this strategic partnership is set to accelerate FUJIFILM Business Innovation Thailand’s growth objectives while enhancing customer satisfaction. “Our dedication to developing innovative products and tailored solutions, backed by over 60 years of experience, ensures we remain the number one leader in office solutions and printing.
